ZEVAFLY — LICENSING POLICY
Last Updated: September 5, 2026
Welcome to Zevafly.
Zevafly is a digital-only platform offering digital products and resources such as eBooks, guides, AI prompt packs, Canva templates, Notion templates, courses, business resources, marketing resources, productivity resources, software-related digital products, and other digital materials.
This Licensing Policy explains the rights granted to customers when they purchase or access a Zevafly digital product and the restrictions that apply to the use, modification, distribution, and commercial exploitation of those products.
1. IMPORTANT LICENSE NOTICE
Purchasing a Zevafly digital product does not transfer ownership of that product or its underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.
Unless a product-specific license expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you only the limited rights specifically permitted by Zevafly.
In particular, a purchase does not automatically grant:
- Copyright ownership
- Trademark ownership
- Resale rights
- Redistribution rights
- PLR rights
- MRR rights
- White-label rights
- Sublicensing rights
- Ownership of source files
- Ownership of the original design or content
- The right to claim authorship
If a particular right is not expressly granted, it should not be assumed to be included.
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Licensing Policy:
"Product"
Means any digital product, file, content, resource, software, template, course, eBook, prompt pack, guide, design, or other digital material sold or provided by Zevafly.
"Customer" / "Purchaser"
Means the individual or legally authorized entity that purchases or receives access to a Zevafly product.
"Permitted Use"
Means the use expressly allowed by this Licensing Policy and/or the applicable product-specific license.
"Resale"
Means selling, licensing, transferring, or otherwise commercially providing a Zevafly product or substantially similar protected material to another person.
"Redistribution"
Means sharing, uploading, transferring, publishing, distributing, or making a Zevafly product available to another person or group.
"Rebranding"
Means changing or replacing branding, attribution, creator information, product identity, or other identifying elements and presenting the product as another person's or another brand's product.
"White-Label"
Means providing a product or resource to another party with permission for that party to present, brand, or sell it as its own.
"PLR"
Means Private Label Rights or similar rights allowing a purchaser to substantially modify, rebrand, claim authorship of, or resell a product as their own.
"MRR"
Means Master Resell Rights or similar rights allowing a purchaser to resell a product and/or transfer specified resale rights to others.
3. GENERAL LICENSE GRANT
Unless a product-specific license expressly states otherwise, Zevafly grants the original purchaser a:
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to use the purchased product solely for the purposes permitted by the applicable license.
This license:
- Is granted to the original purchaser
- Does not transfer ownership
- Cannot be sold or transferred
- Cannot be sublicensed
- Cannot be used to grant unauthorized rights to another person
- May be revoked in accordance with the applicable terms in the event of a material license violation
4. PERMITTED USE
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or license, customers may generally:
- Download the purchased product for authorized use.
- Keep a copy for their permitted personal use.
- Use the product for personal purposes.
- Use the product in permitted personal projects.
- Use applicable resources within their own work where the license permits such use.
- Make reasonable modifications necessary for an authorized end use where applicable.
- Use a permitted template to create an authorized final output.
- Use the product according to its stated instructions and license.
Permitted use does not mean ownership.
5. PROHIBITED USE
Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not:
- Resell the original product.
- Redistribute the original product.
- Upload the product to file-sharing platforms.
- Share the product with unauthorized users.
- Repackage the product for resale.
- Rebrand the product and sell it as their own.
- Claim authorship of the original product.
- Offer the product as PLR.
- Offer the product as MRR.
- Offer the product as white-label content.
- Sublicense the product.
- Transfer the license to another person.
- Sell or distribute source/editable files where prohibited.
- Create a competing product substantially based on protected Zevafly materials.
- Publish the product under another name as an independently created work.
- Remove applicable copyright, attribution, licensing, or ownership notices.
- Use unauthorized copies for commercial distribution.
- Circumvent technical or access restrictions.
- Make the product available through public or private communities without authorization.
6. STRICT NO-RESELL POLICY
Zevafly products are not resale products by default.
Unless a product page or product-specific license expressly states that resale rights are included, customers may not sell the product itself or a substantially unmodified version of it.
This applies even if the customer has:
- Downloaded the product
- Modified the product
- Renamed the product
- Added their own logo
- Changed the colors
- Changed the fonts
- Changed the cover
- Changed the file format
- Added additional content
- Removed some content
- Combined it with other materials
Modification alone does not create resale rights.
7. REBRANDING RESTRICTIONS
Customers may not take a Zevafly product and turn it into a product that appears to have been independently created by the customer or another brand.
Without written permission, prohibited rebranding includes:
- Replacing Zevafly branding with your own
- Removing creator information
- Removing copyright notices
- Changing the product name to conceal its origin
- Replacing logos
- Replacing attribution
- Changing the cover to create a new branded product
- Presenting the product as your company's original product
- Selling the rebranded version
- Distributing the rebranded version to third parties
Example
If you purchase a Zevafly eBook, template, prompt pack, or other digital resource and replace the Zevafly name with your own business name, you do not automatically become the owner or author of that product.
8. MODIFICATION DOES NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
You may be permitted to modify a product for an authorized end use where the applicable license allows modification.
However, modification does not automatically grant:
- Copyright ownership
- Resale rights
- White-label rights
- PLR rights
- MRR rights
- Redistribution rights
- Sublicensing rights
Examples of modifications include:
- Changing colors
- Changing fonts
- Editing text
- Rewriting portions
- Translating content
- Changing images
- Changing layouts
- Changing titles
- Adding a logo
- Removing elements
- Converting file formats
None of these actions, by themselves, create ownership or resale rights.
9. PLR RIGHTS
PLR rights are not included by default.
Unless a specific Zevafly product expressly states that Private Label Rights are included, the purchaser may not:
- Claim authorship
- Sell the product as their own
- Transfer PLR rights
- Grant PLR rights to another party
- Repackage the product as their own PLR product
10. MRR RIGHTS
MRR rights are not included by default.
Unless expressly stated in the product-specific license, customers may not:
- Resell the product with resale rights
- Grant resale rights to their customers
- Create an MRR offer using the product
- Transfer master-resale rights
- Represent the product as an MRR product
11. WHITE-LABEL RIGHTS
White-label rights are not automatically provided.
A customer may not purchase a Zevafly product and then present it under their own brand for resale or distribution unless Zevafly has expressly granted white-label rights in writing.
12. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Zevafly respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to do the same.
Unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement, Zevafly and/or the applicable rights holder retains ownership of the intellectual property associated with its products to the extent legally applicable.
This may include:
- Written content
- Original designs
- Graphics
- Templates
- Layouts
- Illustrations
- Digital guides
- eBooks
- Prompt collections
- Course materials
- Software
- Documentation
- Original creative concepts
- Product structure
- Other protected materials
13. EBOOKS & DIGITAL GUIDES
Unless otherwise stated, eBooks, PDFs, guides, workbooks, reports, and similar digital publications are licensed for authorized use only.
Customers may not:
- Resell them
- Upload them publicly
- Share copies
- Publish them under their own name
- Claim authorship
- Translate and sell them as their own
- Repackage them for resale
- Remove applicable copyright notices
- Distribute substantial portions as a competing product
14. CANVA & DESIGN TEMPLATES
For Canva templates and other design templates, customers may use the templates according to the applicable product license.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- Sell the original template
- Sell the editable source/template file
- Redistribute template links
- Share editable access with unauthorized users
- Create a competing template library from Zevafly materials
- Claim the original template as their own creation
- Offer the template as PLR/MRR
- Repackage the template for resale
If a license permits commercial end use, that permission applies to the authorized end result and does not automatically authorize resale of the original editable template.
15. NOTION TEMPLATES
Notion templates may be used according to their applicable product license.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- Resell the original Notion template
- Share the original template publicly
- Distribute duplicate template links

- Claim authorship of the original template
- Grant unauthorized access to third parties
- Offer PLR/MRR or white-label rights
16. AI PROMPT PACKS
AI prompt products and prompt collections are subject to the same general intellectual-property and redistribution restrictions unless a product-specific license states otherwise.
Customers may generally use permitted prompts for authorized end-use purposes.
However, customers may not:
- Resell the complete prompt pack
- Redistribute the complete collection
- Upload the collection publicly
- Repackage the collection into another paid prompt pack
- Claim authorship of the collection
- Offer PLR/MRR rights
- Create a substantially similar competing prompt library using protected Zevafly materials
17. COURSES & EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Unless otherwise stated, courses and educational resources are licensed to the original purchaser.
Customers may not:
- Share login credentials
- Provide access to unauthorized users
- Record and redistribute lessons
- Upload course materials publicly
- Sell course materials
- Redistribute downloadable resources
- Repackage lessons into another course
- Claim Zevafly course materials as their own
- Grant access to third parties without authorization
18. SOFTWARE & DIGITAL TOOLS
Software, scripts, tools, digital utilities, applications, and related resources may have additional product-specific terms.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- Resell the software
- Redistribute copies
- Share licenses
- Remove licensing mechanisms
- Circumvent access restrictions
- Reverse engineer where prohibited by applicable law
- Claim ownership
- Distribute unauthorized modified versions
- Provide unauthorized access to third parties
Where third-party software or components are included, their respective licenses may also apply.
19. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is different from resale.
A product may permit certain commercial end uses without giving the customer the right to resell the original product.
For example, if a template's applicable license permits commercial use, a customer may be able to use that template to create an authorized finished project for their business or client.
However, unless expressly permitted, the customer may not sell or distribute the underlying Zevafly template itself.
Always check the product-specific license before commercial use.
20. CLIENT WORK
Where commercial/client use is permitted, customers may use the product to create an authorized final deliverable for a client.
However, unless expressly authorized, customers may not transfer the underlying Zevafly product or editable/source materials to the client.
For example:
Potentially permitted:
Using a licensed template to create a finished social-media design for a client.
Not automatically permitted:
Giving the client the original editable template for unrestricted reuse or redistribution.
21. REDISTRIBUTION
Redistribution is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
This includes distribution through:
- Telegram
- Discord
- Facebook Groups
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- OneDrive
- Websites
- Blogs
- Forums
- Online communities
- File-sharing platforms
- Marketplaces
- Social media
- Torrents
- Public repositories
- Private groups
- Other digital channels
The fact that a group or community is private does not automatically make redistribution permitted.
22. ACCOUNT & ACCESS SHARING
Where a product or service requires an account or individual access, customers may not share credentials or access with unauthorized users.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Zevafly may suspend access where there is evidence of unauthorized account sharing or misuse.
23. COMPETING PRODUCTS
Customers may not use protected Zevafly materials to create a substantially similar competing product for sale or distribution.
This may include creating:
- Competing eBooks
- Competing template collections
- Competing prompt libraries
- Competing course materials
- Competing digital bundles
- Substantially similar digital products
based substantially on protected Zevafly materials.
This provision does not prevent independent creation of genuinely original works or uses permitted by applicable law.
24. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
Some Zevafly products may contain or interact with third-party materials, software, platforms, fonts, images, APIs, or other resources.
Third-party materials may be subject to separate terms and licenses.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party licensing requirements when relevant.
Zevafly does not grant rights that it does not itself possess.
25. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC LICENSES
Certain products may have licensing terms that differ from this general Licensing Policy.
A product-specific license may specify:
- Personal-use rights
- Commercial-use rights
- Number of users
- Number of projects
- Client-use rights
- Attribution requirements
- Modification rights
- Distribution rights
- Resale rights
- Other specific permissions
If a product-specific license expressly grants additional rights, those rights apply according to their stated conditions.
26. WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
If you wish to use a Zevafly product in a way that is not clearly permitted, obtain written authorization before doing so.
This includes requests involving:
- Resale
- White-label use
- PLR
- MRR
- Sublicensing
- Large-scale distribution
- Republishing
- Commercial redistribution
- Marketplace distribution
- Transfer of source files
Requests should be sent to:
Verbal assumptions, third-party statements, or unofficial communications should not be treated as authorization.
27. LICENSE VIOLATIONS
If Zevafly reasonably determines that a customer has violated applicable licensing terms, Zevafly may take appropriate action, including:
- Suspending access
- Revoking applicable usage rights
- Terminating an account where appropriate
- Issuing a legal notice
- Requesting removal of unauthorized copies
- Requesting takedown from platforms or marketplaces

- Product name
- URL
- Website/platform
- Screenshot
- Description of the issue
- Relevant evidence
Zevafly may investigate the report and take appropriate action.
29. EVIDENCE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE
Where legally permitted, Zevafly may maintain and use relevant records when investigating suspected misuse.
Such information may include:
- Order information
- Purchase records
- Account information
- Download/access records
- Communications
- Screenshots
- Public URLs
- Marketplace listings
- Other relevant evidence
Any such handling will be subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
30. NO AUTOMATIC REFUND FOR LICENSE VIOLATIONS
A violation of this Licensing Policy does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Refund requests are governed separately by Zevafly's Return & Refund Policy.
Where a customer's access or license has been suspended or revoked because of unauthorized use, Zevafly may deny a refund where permitted by applicable law and policy.
31. NO TRANSFER OF LICENSE
The license granted to the original purchaser is personal to that purchaser unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Sell the license
- Give the license away
- Transfer it to another person
- Sublicense it
- Grant unauthorized access
- Include it as a benefit of another product
32. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS
No rights are granted by implication.
The purchase, download, or access of a product does not create rights beyond those expressly provided by the applicable license.
When in doubt, ask Zevafly before using the product in a new way.
33. APPLICABLE LAW
This Licensing Policy is intended to operate subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
34. CHANGES TO THIS LICENSING POLICY
Zevafly may update this Licensing Policy from time to time to reflect:
- New products
- New licensing structures
- Changes in business practices
- Changes in technology
- Changes in applicable law
- Changes in intellectual-property protection
The latest version published on the Zevafly website will contain the current Last Updated date.
35. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before:
- Modifying a product
- Using it commercially
- Sharing it
- Providing it to clients
- Publishing it
- Incorporating it into another product
- Distributing it
- Selling an end product containing it
If you are uncertain whether an intended use is permitted, contact Zevafly before proceeding.
