  • Not misuse, copy, redistribute, or unlawfully exploit our products.

If you purchase a product on behalf of another person, business, organization, or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, products purchased from Zevafly are digital and no physical item will be shipped.

9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

Zevafly reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or investigate an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

10. PURCHASE DOES NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP

Purchasing a Zevafly digital product does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written product-specific license, you receive only a:

limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for its permitted purpose.

All applicable copyrights, trademarks, designs, original content, layouts, files, written materials, graphics, source materials, and other intellectual-property rights remain with Zevafly or the applicable rights holder.

11. STRICT NO-RESELL POLICY

Unless Zevafly has expressly granted resale rights in writing, you may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit any Zevafly product or substantial portion of it.

This prohibition applies regardless of the platform used.

You may not resell Zevafly products through:

  • Your own website;
  • Shopify stores;
  • Gumroad;
  • Etsy;
  • Amazon;
  • Digital marketplaces;
  • Social media;
  • Telegram;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Discord;
  • Membership websites;
  • Subscription platforms;
  • Online communities;
  • Physical distribution; or
  • Any other channel.

12. NO REBRANDING

You may not take a Zevafly product and present it as your own product.

Without express written permission, you may not:

  • Remove Zevafly branding;
  • Remove the Zevafly logo;
  • Replace the Zevafly logo with your own logo;
  • Replace Zevafly's name with another brand name;
  • Change the creator/author information;
  • Change copyright notices;
  • Change product metadata to make yourself appear to be the creator;
  • Repackage the product under your own brand;
  • Rename the product and sell it as an original product;
  • Claim authorship of the product;
  • Present the product as an independently created product; or
  • Use the product as a white-label product.

13. MODIFICATION DOES NOT CREATE OWNERSHIP

Changing or modifying a Zevafly product does not automatically give you ownership or resale rights.

This includes:

  • Changing the name;
  • Changing colors;
  • Changing fonts;
  • Changing the logo;
  • Changing the cover;
  • Changing images;
  • Editing text;
  • Rewriting or paraphrasing;
  • Translating;
  • Reformatting;
  • Converting the file;
  • Adding content;
  • Removing content;
  • Combining it with other materials; or
  • Making other modifications.

If the resulting material substantially incorporates Zevafly's protected content, materials, structure, design, or intellectual property, it remains subject to the applicable restrictions unless Zevafly has expressly authorized otherwise.

14. NO PLR, MRR OR WHITE-LABEL RIGHTS

Unless a particular product is clearly and expressly identified by Zevafly as including PLR, MRR, resale rights, or white-label rights, no such rights are granted.

You must not assume that purchasing a product gives you:

  • Private Label Rights (PLR);
  • Master Resale Rights (MRR);
  • Resale Rights;
  • White-label rights;
  • Redistribution rights; or
  • Copyright ownership.

If the product page does not expressly grant such rights, they are not granted.

15. NO CLAIM OF AUTHORSHIP

You may not claim or imply that you are the original:

  • Author;
  • Creator;
  • Designer;
  • Developer;
  • Publisher; or
  • Copyright owner

of a Zevafly product.

You may not register or represent Zevafly's original product as your own intellectual property.

16. NO REDISTRIBUTION

You may not redistribute Zevafly products, whether for money or free.

Unauthorized redistribution includes sharing through:

  • Telegram;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Discord;
  • Facebook groups;
  • Google Drive;
  • Dropbox;
  • OneDrive;
  • File-sharing websites;
  • Public websites;
  • Private communities;
  • Forums;
  • Torrent websites;
  • Social media;
  • Cloud-storage links; or
  • Any other method.

You may not provide your download link, account access, or purchased files to unauthorized persons for the purpose of allowing them to obtain the product without purchasing it from Zevafly.

17. NO COPYING OR DUPLICATION

You may not reproduce, duplicate, mirror, distribute, or commercially copy a Zevafly product except where technically necessary for your permitted personal use or expressly authorized by the applicable license.

You may not create unauthorized copies for:

  • Friends;
  • Family;
  • Employees;
  • Clients;
  • Students;
  • Customers;
  • Community members; or
  • Other third parties.

18. NO DERIVATIVE RESELLING

You may not use a Zevafly product as the foundation for an unauthorized competing product.

This includes creating a substantially similar product by:

  • Rewriting;
  • Paraphrasing;
  • Translating;
  • Redesigning;
  • Reformatting;
  • Rearranging;
  • Renaming;
  • Repackaging;
  • Combining;
  • Editing; or
  • Otherwise transforming

the original Zevafly material and then selling or distributing the resulting product as your own.

19. COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use and resale are not the same thing.

A product may permit certain commercial uses while still prohibiting resale or redistribution of the underlying digital files.

Unless the applicable product license expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Zevafly product does not grant unrestricted commercial rights.

If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, contact Zevafly before using or distributing the product.

20. CLIENT USE

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license, you may not provide purchased Zevafly files directly to clients as standalone digital products.

Where a license permits use in client projects, you must still ensure that the original Zevafly files are not improperly redistributed.

21. AI PROMPT PRODUCTS

For AI prompt packs and related products:

Purchasing a Zevafly prompt pack does not transfer ownership of the original prompt collection or underlying copyrighted content.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Resell the prompt collection;
  • Repackage the prompts as your own;
  • Remove applicable attribution;
  • Upload the complete collection publicly;
  • Create a competing prompt library substantially based on the purchased collection; or
  • Redistribute the collection to unauthorized third parties.

AI-generated output may be subject to the terms of the relevant AI platform.

22. EBOOKS AND WRITTEN CONTENT

Zevafly eBooks, guides, written resources, and similar content are protected intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

  • Resell them;
  • Upload them to other platforms;
  • Redistribute copies;
  • Publish them under your own name;
  • Translate and sell them;
  • Reproduce substantial portions;
  • Remove copyright or attribution information; or
  • Create an unauthorized competing publication substantially based on them.

23. TEMPLATES AND DESIGN PRODUCTS

For templates, graphics, documents, presentations, design resources, and similar products:

You may use them only according to the applicable product license.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not sell or distribute the template or source file itself as a standalone product.

You may not use Zevafly templates to create an unauthorized competing template library or marketplace.

24. COURSES AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Courses, videos, tutorials, training materials, and educational resources are licensed to the purchaser for the permitted use described with the product.

You may not:

  • Share account credentials;
  • Share course access;
  • Record and redistribute lessons;
  • Download and redistribute course videos;
  • Sell course materials;
  • Upload lessons to another platform;
  • Distribute course files;
  • Create an unauthorized competing course using protected course materials.

25. SOFTWARE AND DIGITAL TOOLS

Where Zevafly offers software, scripts, tools, digital utilities, or related files, the applicable product license will determine the permitted use.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Resell the software;
  • Redistribute copies;
  • Remove licensing mechanisms;
  • Circumvent technical protection;
  • Claim ownership;
  • Distribute modified versions; or
  • Use the software to provide unauthorized competing products or services.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits conduct that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

26. TRADEMARK AND BRAND PROTECTION

The Zevafly name, logo, branding, visual identity, trademarks, and other brand assets may not be used without authorization.

You may not use Zevafly branding in a manner that:

  • Suggests you own Zevafly;
  • Suggests Zevafly endorses your business;
  • Creates confusion about affiliation;
  • Misrepresents the source of a product; or
  • Damages or attempts to damage the Zevafly brand.

27. LICENSE IS PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the license granted with a purchase is personal to the purchaser.

You may not:

  • Sell the license;
  • Transfer the license;
  • Assign the license;
  • Sublicense the product;
  • Gift the license for commercial redistribution; or
  • Give another person the right to access the purchased product.

28. UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION AND PIRACY

Zevafly takes unauthorized distribution and piracy seriously.

If we discover unauthorized copies of our products, we may take reasonable and lawful steps to protect our intellectual property, including requesting removal of unauthorized copies from:

29. LICENSE VIOLATION

  • Disable digital downloads;
  • Revoke applicable license rights;
  • Request removal of unauthorized copies;
  • Request cessation of unauthorized distribution;
  • Refuse future purchases;
  • Seek available legal remedies; and/or
  • Take other lawful action necessary to protect its rights.

30. NO AUTOMATIC REFUND FOR LICENSE VIOLATION

If your access is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms or a product license, that suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Refund eligibility remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

31. EVIDENCE OF MISUSE

Where permitted by law, Zevafly may use reasonable evidence to investigate suspected unauthorized use or distribution.

Such evidence may include:

  • Publicly available copies;

32. SECURITY OF PURCHASE ACCESS

Verbal assumptions, third-party statements, personal interpretations, or informal discussions do not constitute authorization to resell, redistribute, rebrand, or white-label a Zevafly product.

35. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Because Zevafly primarily sells digital products that may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable after successful delivery, download, or access.

Refunds may be considered in eligible situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment;
  • Product not delivered;
  • Genuine technical failure;
  • Corrupted or defective file; or
  • Product substantially different from its description due to an error on our part.

IMPORTANT DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE NOTICE

Unless a product is expressly identified as including resale rights, PLR, MRR, or white-label rights, all Zevafly digital products are provided for the purchaser's permitted use only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, rebrand, white-label, sublicense, claim authorship of, or commercially redistribute Zevafly products or substantial portions of them without prior written authorization from Zevafly.

Changing the product's name, logo, colors, fonts, cover, design, format, language, or other elements does not by itself transfer ownership or grant resale rights.

If you want to obtain commercial resale, PLR, MRR, or white-label rights for a particular product, you must obtain explicit written authorization from Zevafly before doing so.
